Bloomberry B2B Signals API

Welcome to the Bloomberry API documentation! Here you'll find everything you need to getting an API key, what makes our data unique, where our data comes from, and our API reference so you can start making API calls.

What's Bloomberry?

Bloomberry is a new API product from Revealera, a company that specializes in selling hiring + technology adoption data to hedge funds since 2020.

Bloomberry is a new API product for sales platforms that offers real-time signals on purchase, churn, and usage events for over 1000+ B2B products in 150 categories. We cover categories like HR Tech, security tools, digital asset management, devops, AI enterprise tools, vertical software, and a lot more. Our comprehensive list of product categories we cover can be found here: https://api.bloomberry.com/categories.txt

An example of a signal could be something like "ZoomInfo just subscribed to a webinar management platform" (purchase) or "Stripe just unsubscribed from an HRIS platform" (churn) or "Logitech just started tracking their cold email campaigns with a custom tracking domain" (usage).

Who is this data for?

Our data is designed for sales platforms and tools looking to integrate distinctive, high-value signals that help their users identify and prioritize prospects more effectively.

Specifically, it enables your customers to:

  • Target smarter prospects. Move beyond basic firmographic targeting by identifying companies that recently discontinued a competitor's solution or invested in complementary technologies that indicate readiness for your category.

  • Enhanced enrichment and account scoring. For existing prospect lists, discover which accounts have recent technology adoption activity, competitive churn events, or current competitor usage to prioritize outreach efforts accordingly.

  • Precision marketing campaigns. Create highly targeted LinkedIn advertising to reach companies with specific recent technology behaviors, like those who adopted DevOps tools or evaluated sales intelligence platforms within your desired timeframe.

How do I get an API key?

The API Explorer comes with a 'test' API key that you can start using to make API calls to see what the data and responses look like. However, it's very limited and you'll soon hit a maximum.

To start a real trial with higher limits, please fill out this form: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1BKxD9R0oi-vuKqBVsr7KLBWiNwW_vwPFjixNylHmRaw/viewform?edit_requested=true and we'll respond back soon with an API key you can use.

What type of companies do you cover?

Our dataset spans from Fortune 500 enterprises down to small businesses with 5+ employees across all major global markets. We recognize that SMB coverage is crucial for many use cases - while enterprise adoption signals are valuable, we also capture meaningful technology decisions from smaller organizations where such insights are often more actionable.

Our geographic reach extends beyond the US to include every major global market, with specialized coverage of region-specific software solutions where relevant.

Where does the data come from?

Our intelligence comes from multiple data streams rather than a single source. We monitor DNS query changes and traffic shifts, web-based technology installations, DNS record modifications, and additional infrastructure signals. We use heuristics to correlate these technical indicators to identify the specific organizations behind each technology decision.

What are the weaknesses of your data?

Our signals operate at the organizational level—we identify when companies make technology decisions but don't provide information about the specific individuals responsible for those purchasing decisions.

How real-time is your data?

Purchase and usage signals typically appear within 3 days of the actual technology adoption. Churn detection involves additional validation time to ensure accuracy, so these signals may have longer latency as we confirm the technology discontinuation.

How is this any different than BuiltWith or Wapplyzer?

While those tools excel at frontend web technology detection, our scope extends far beyond website-visible technologies. We specialize in backend and enterprise software that leaves no website footprint—covering everything from security infrastructure and HR systems to sales tools and financial software that traditional web scrapers miss entirely.

Is there any other way to access this data through an UI?

We maintain an API-only approach and don't plan to build competing sales or marketing platforms. This ensures we remain a neutral data provider focused on powering your existing tools rather than replacing them.
